    PFAN Commends Bayelsa Queens Management Over FIFA Palliative By Admin The Professionals Footballers Association of Nigeria (PFAN), Bayelsa State Chapter, has commended the Management of Bayelsa Queens FC over the judicious use of the FIFA Covid-19 Pallatives fund sent to the club. Chairman of the PFAN in Bayelsa State, Fubara Owunaro, stated this when the executives of the Association paid a courtesy visit the club chairman, Mr Robin Aprela, in his office in Yenagoa. Mr Owunaro, stated that the provision of items ranging from mattresses, outboard games and food stuff was a laudable idea in view of the directives given by the world governing body for the fund to be deployed towards restarting the game during to his pandemic period. Responding, Mr Robin Aprela thanked the Executives of the PFAN for taking note of the little the interim Management of Bayelsa Queens has done and promised that whenever such gesture comes from FIFA, they will repeat same. Mr Aprela also notified the visitors that everyone was carried along in the Palliative distribution including backroom staffs and coaches who are no longer with the team. Other members of the Professionals Footballers Association of Nigeria, Bayelsa State Chapter on the courtesy visit included Secretary, Deseye Nwankwe and Coach Meremu Okara.
